Antonetti Montalvo & Ramírez-Coll (AMRC) is a law firm founded by María Luisa Montalvo-Vera and José Luis Ramírez-Coll in 2015. The Firm was founded together with Salvador Antonetti Zequeira (1941-2019), whose distinguished service as Special Counsel and whose vision were instrumental in the Firm's creation and early development. Collectively, these attorneys brought more than 75 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, both in federal and state courts, as well as in the administrative arena. AMRC's attorneys have served clients in a wide range of practice areas, including products liability, banking and finance, bankruptcy, antitrust, foreclosures, intellectual property, distribution (Law 75) matters, health law, insurance, torts, aviation law, RICO litigation, class actions, and telecommunications.
