 Ms. Montalvo-Vera has managed and successfully resolved numerous claims involving healthcare, telecommunications, construction, and commercial matters in local courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.

José L.Ramírez-Coll

José L. Ramírez-Coll is a founding Member at AMRC.

Mr. Ramírez-Coll handles complex commercial litigation such as cases brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), product liability litigation, class action disputes, antitrust litigation, intellectual property, banking and finance matters, among others.

Omar J. Hopgood Muñoz 

Omar J. Hopgood-Muñoz is a Litigation Attorney at AMRC.

Mr. Hopgood has counseled clients and litigated at the trial and appellate levels in connection with a wide array of civil and commercial litigation matters. His practice areas include creditors rights, product liability and personal injury litigation.

Ana M. del Toro Sabater

Ana M. del Toro Sabater is a Special Counsel at AMRC.

Ms. del Toro specializes in Corporate law matters and has considerable transactional experience in public and private structured financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities’ law matters, real estate transactions, tourism and hospitality law and the design and organization of corporate and other legal entities and structures for numerous business ventures in Puerto Rico.

Jorge M. Carazo-González

Jorge M. Carazo-González is a litigation attorney at AMRC.

Mr. Carazo has experience in litigation at the trial and appellate levels in an array of civil and commercial litigation matters. He has counseled corporate clients in a variety of issues including labor, employment issues, risk management and mitigation to prevent legal actions.

Carolina V. Cabrera-Bou

Ms. Cabrera Bou is a litigation/bankruptcy attorney at AMRC.

Ms. Cabrera Bou obtained her J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico in 2015 and was admitted to the Puerto Rico Bar in 2016. While completing her J.D. at the University of Puerto Rico, Ms. Cabrera participated as a summer clerk in the Puerto Rico Appellate Court drafting several opinions.

Karen Cabán Nuñez is an attorney at AMRC.
