Salvador Antonetti-Zequeira is Special Counsel to AMRC
Mr. Antonetti was lead trial counsel for the San Juan Dupont Plaza Hotel Corporation in the multi-district litigation arising from the December 31st, 1986 fire that destroyed the hotel. Among the many reported cases he has tried or argued are: Medina & Medina v. Country Pride, 858 F.2d 817 (1st Cir. 1987) (Puerto Rico Distribution Law); Pritzker v. Yari, 42 F.3d 53 (1st Cir. 1994) (contract fraud); Efron v. Embassy Suites, 223 F.3d 12 (1st Cir. 2000)(RICO); and In Re Atlantic Pipe Corporation, 304 F.3d 135 (1st Cir. 2002) (compulsory mediation). He was one of the attorneys for the prevailing party in Sánchez v. Triple-S Management, 492 F.3d 1 (1st Cir. 2007) (civil RICO, class action); Ramallo Bros. Printing v. El Día, Inc., 490 F.3d 86 (1st Cir. 2007) (antitrust, collateral estoppel). He continues to act as lead counsel in many distribution law cases.

Ms. Montalvo-Vera has managed and successfully resolved numerous claims involving healthcare, telecommunications, construction, and commercial matters in local courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
José L. Ramírez-Coll is a founding Member at AMRC.
Mr. Ramírez-Coll handles complex commercial litigation such as cases brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), product liability litigation, class action disputes, antitrust litigation, intellectual property, banking and finance matters, among others.
Omar J. Hopgood-Muñoz is a Litigation Attorney at AMRC.
Mr. Hopgood has counseled clients and litigated at the trial and appellate levels in connection with a wide array of civil and commercial litigation matters. His practice areas include creditors rights, product liability and personal injury litigation.
Ana M. del Toro Sabater is a Special Counsel at AMRC.
Ms. del Toro specializes in Corporate law matters and has considerable transactional experience in public and private structured financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities’ law matters, real estate transactions, tourism and hospitality law and the design and organization of corporate and other legal entities and structures for numerous business ventures in Puerto Rico.
Diego A. Ramos is a Special Counsel at AMRC.
Mr. Ramos has managed and resolved numerous aviation, products liability, warranty, dealer-franchising, antitrust, technology and intellectual property rights matters in both the Federal and Commonwealth courts of Puerto Rico, with the majority of his experience in federal court and with jury trial practice.
Teichka Rodríguez-Muñoz is an Associate at AMRC.
Ms. Rodríguez-Muñoz joined AMRC as an associate in 2017 working for both the litigation and corporate divisions. She obtained her J.D. from the University of Puerto Rico (Magna Cum Laude).
