Ms. Torres Ortiz is an attorney at Antonetti Montalvo & Ramírez-Coll (“AMRC”), where her practice encompasses civil and commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and collection matters, contractual disputes, commercial leasing, corporate matters, federal litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Torres Ortiz’s relationship with AMRC began while she was a law student. Throughout her three years of law school, she worked as a law clerk at AMRC, gaining hands-on experience in complex civil and commercial matters and developing the analytical, research, and writing skills that now shape her practice as an attorney. Having begun her legal career at AMRC as a law student, Ms. Torres Ortiz has had the opportunity to grow alongside attorneys whose approach to the practice of law emphasizes rigorous legal analysis, practical problem-solving, and an understanding that every legal matter must ultimately be approached with the client’s objectives in mind. After earning her J.D. and passing the Puerto Rico General Bar Examination in September 2025, she continued her career at AMRC as an attorney.
